I want to give high marks for a recent service appointment. I had to order the part, and then made the appointment to have it installed. A couple of years ago, I leased and ended up purchasing a Ford vehicle from Anthony Caparelli when the dealership was Smith-Cairns. It was based on that previous experience, I returned a few weeks ago looking for Anthony, with my son who was looking for a vehicle. Based on budget and preference we ended up with the Subaru Crosstrek. Anthony provided the same seamless and positive leasing experience for my son although it was not a Ford vehicle. I was on my way to Maine for a 10-day road trip, but my car broke down on the Fourth of July. All of the shops were closed at that time, and my insurance tow trucks were not allowed to operate on Highway 87. We ended up calling 911 and requesting a tow service from the police department. Wow what can I say the sales manger, Jimmy, is totally a man of his word. I made a deal with him on a handshake, nothing in writing, I know, I don't know what I was thinking given the way people are these days. Just purchased a new Crosstrek. The salesman, Will McGuirk, was very professional, and attentive. I had previously purchased another vehicle from him. He got me the car I wanted, very quickly. I walked into the dealership at 10 AM, and several hours later, I was driving out of the parking lot in my new car. The price of the new car, and the "trade in", was reasonable. No "high pressure", sales tactics, at this dealership !

Michael "Mr. Solterra" is a great resource if you're looking into an EV vehicle. I have yet to meet someone who knows more about the ins and outs of electric vehicles. I had such a great experience at tasca subaru. My salesperson, Walter, really listened to my needs and never pressured me into anything I couldnāt swing. He respected that I needed time to figure out what vehicle I could afford and where my priorities laid and ultimately we were able to get the car I originally wanted. Ilonka was my amazing sales person. She with the help of her managers were able to locate the exact car I was looking for. She made sure I had everything I wanted with the car. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't want or need. The whole dealership is quite large with lots of selection. It has been a three months since I have been enjoying my new Subaru. This marks fourth Subaru I have owned. IDK if Smith Cairns Ford Lincoln rebranded as Tasca Subaru and/or if they have new ownership, but they are getting their stuff together and I love to see it! While I've had a few shady experiences in the past, my recent visit was seamless, everyone was nice and in good spirits. Loved seeing the new faces and diverse service staff.
I have a 2015 Forester and not being happy with my past Suburu service center I decided to try Tasca. I was greeted by Charlene who was patient with me as we discussed what service would be best for my year and mileage. Service took a bit longer than usual but she did explain that they were down a mechanic. This was understandable. When the car was finished Charlene walked me to my car, (I am an amputee). As I drove away I felt confident my car was examined and serviced properly. This is more important to me than anything!

Went for my first oil change after purchasing the vehicle months back. No longer Smith Cairns.. Dealership under new ownership. Was out a little over an hour as they said I should be. Overall, it's not a bad experience. A friend told me about his experience, which was not positive. New ownership needs to meet the same customer experience as before or will lose some existing loyal customers. Just my thoughts.

just bought my second Subaru Legacy from these guys. First was when it was Smith Cairns. The same stressless shopping experience . Will, my sales rep, was a pleasure. all things should be this easy. What was truly delightful was what was missing: the typical high pressure stress experience which would leave you winded and exhausted. Not here. Simple straight forward explanation of everything. None of the "I cant's" typically thrown at you. Wouldn't dream of buying anywhere else.
