Overall, I had a very good experience at Tasca Subaru. The pricing was clear and straightforward, and almost everything went smoothly. There was a small mix-up regarding the interior color, but Kenneth, my salesman, was very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I appreciate his assistance and would recommend working with him.
Tasca is an exceptional dealership. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with there has been a pleasure to meet, friendly and knowledgeable and totally competent. Just the other day I was in for a service and NYS inspection, and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the service coordinator who checked me in and billed me out, Ms. Maurissa Johnson, a perfect example of the type of outstanding staff members employed at Tasca. This is the best dealership I have ever visited.
Excellent service advisor
I ended up finding the car I wanted at another dealership only because of the color I was wanting. I do want to give a shoutout to Tasca Subaru, Mazda, Ford for being straight to the point and no additional add ons to the price of the vehicle. I was torn between a Subaru and the Mazda CX-50 and was able to compare them side by side. Rene was a great salesman and not pushy at all. Sorry it didn’t work out but I will be shopping with them in the future for future vehicle needs

I brought my Subaru in for a recall and they were great. My service advisor, Ms Johnson was amazing and kept me up to date on my car. I waited and was very pleased.
Had a great experience with sales. Just got an Awesome Trail Seeker and Forster Hybrid. But don't get your tow hitch or any add-ons installed. The labor is 238/hr with a four hour estimate and it's 715 dollars to install a tow hitch. This is twice the cost at other non-dealer locations. No welding required. Local shop labor is under two hours at less than half the cost. Be careful with Tasca Service numbers. They don't add up.
Ayonka our salesperson was amazing - low pressure environment vs several others in the area, friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions. She arranged for multiple test drives and worked with us on the pricing. Highly recommend the Tasca group.

Dealerships aren’t the most fun places to visit. But it’s part of the deal if you want to see before you buy. I was pleasantly surprised with the good service and attention. Without question has to be the best dealer service department in America. I walked in on Monday August 3 2026 having just bought a used Subaru from my sister who lives in Las Vegas. This 2018 Forester only had 29,000 miles on when I bought it. At 30,000 miles two months later the dashboard lit up with every light. I asked my sister about the history of the car and she told me the same thing happened to her at 24,000 miles in September 2025. I have brought my wife's cars here for years. The service advisors, especially Charlene, have always been friendly, prompt, and fair when it comes to service, recalls, repairs, etc. Good communication as well.
Everything went really well. Check in was fast. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. Charlene Russo was terrific! She explained everything in a way that I could understand and followed up as she said she would. This was my first service visit to Tasca. Based on this experience I intend to have all my service done there with Charlene as my advisor.
4.5 Stars. Took my car in to be serviced. Maurissa, the service advisor, helped to get me seen last minute by a tech and they were able to fix the initial reason I brought it in, for nothing. And since I was there I figured I'd get a few other things serviced, including a recall. treated well. I was confused a bit at first and didn't bring the paper to the front desk. I thought I was to wait after they took my car. After a while I inquired and found out that they didn't start working on my car. The manager and the front desk realize the issue and took care of me ASAP. I will return and reccommend this dealership. I plan on purchasing a vehicle within a year or two.
