Dealerships aren’t the most fun places to visit. But it’s part of the deal if you want to see before you buy. I was pleasantly surprised with the good service and attention. Booked an early time for state inspection & 24,000 mi maintenance. I was greeted by Marissa at the door and she made the whole process quick and easy. Without question has to be the best dealer service department in America. I walked in on Monday August 3 2026 having just bought a used Subaru from my sister who lives in Las Vegas. This 2018 Forester only had 29,000 miles on when I bought it. At 30,000 miles two months later the dashboard lit up with every light. I asked my sister about the history of the car and she told me the same thing happened to her at 24,000 miles in September 2025. I have brought my wife's cars here for years. The service advisors, especially Charlene, have always been friendly, prompt, and fair when it comes to service, recalls, repairs, etc. Good communication as well.
Everything went really well. Check in was fast. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. Charlene Russo was terrific! She explained everything in a way that I could understand and followed up as she said she would. This was my first service visit to Tasca. Based on this experience I intend to have all my service done there with Charlene as my advisor.
4.5 Stars. Took my car in to be serviced. Maurissa, the service advisor, helped to get me seen last minute by a tech and they were able to fix the initial reason I brought it in, for nothing. And since I was there I figured I'd get a few other things serviced, including a recall. They initially said it should take a day and a half, but It ended up taking 2 days ( for Oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluid pan gasket, and rear cat recall which they said they had everything in stock), but everything was taken care of. treated well. I was confused a bit at first and didn't bring the paper to the front desk. I thought I was to wait after they took my car. After a while I inquired and found out that they didn't start working on my car. The manager and the front desk realize the issue and took care of me ASAP. I will return and reccommend this dealership. I plan on purchasing a vehicle within a year or two.

Tasca is remodeling the waiting room, so seating was staged in showroom. Crowded a bit, but A/C was good. Waited 3 hours for annual checkup and NYS inspection. Smith-Cairns used to be faster—but the good old days are gone. (C’est la vie!)

Leanny was great! She was good-natured and attentive to my needs. I was out of there in under 2 hours for my 6 month lease checkup. Nothing extraneous was added, and I pay for extra coverage, so the total was very reasonable.

He was patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth. He even personally dropped off my all‑weather mats, which says everything about his level of service. We purchased a new Subaru from this dealership. As much as I have read about the tricks new car dealers try to play on people, our experience with Tasca Subaru had none of these. Our patient and helpful sales rep, Walter Parker, presented us with a fair price with no unnecessary add-ons. The deal went smoothly, even though it took a bit of time, and we drove away as satisfied customers.
I usually am not a fan of car buying. BUT I Had the luxury of being assisted by Kenny. He made the process easy and enjoyable. I didn’t feel pressured and was very knowledgeable throughout the process. Towards the end of my visit I was introduced to there sales manager Susie who went above and beyond to accommodate my budget given my circumstances.
