Without question has to be the best dealer service department in America. I walked in on Monday August 3 2026 having just bought a used Subaru from my sister who lives in Las Vegas. This 2018 Forester only had 29,000 miles on when I bought it. At 30,000 miles two months later the dashboard lit up with every light. I asked my sister about the history of the car and she told me the same thing happened to her at 24,000 miles in September 2025. After a little research I figured out that Subaru of Nevada who did the initial $700.00 repair basically took advantage of a single woman senior citizen. Being this happened on a Sunday I waited till Monday to drive to Tasca Subaru in Yonkers. Please understand these people never saw me before. I first dealt with Charlene the service writer and I got hot very quickly. Smartly she did not encourage me and had the service manager Chris come out and talk to me. I know that the fix is a multi thousand dollar expense that I simply could not do at this time. When I explained to Chris that this exact issue was addressed by another dealer and that the other dealer in Nevada basically robbed my sister and now I am stuck with the work they did. He calmed me down by going through the steps to find the problem and correct it. He explained to me that while the car is out of warranty he would “reach out” to Subaru corporate and try and get this wrong corrected. Not only did he do everything he said he would do but he did it in the exact time frame he promised. I really love the car as these Forester’s have a very unique ride to them. I am sure Subaru engineers will continue to upgrade this very unique vehicle and it will be perfected. But until they do you always have a team like they have at Tqsca Subaru in Yonkers, New York to count on. Go in and say hello to Charlene and Chris and tell them I sent you

I have brought my wife's cars here for years. The service advisors, especially Charlene, have always been friendly, prompt, and fair when it comes to service, recalls, repairs, etc. Good communication as well.

Everything went really well. Check in was fast. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. Charlene Russo was terrific! She explained everything in a way that I could understand and followed up as she said she would. This was my first service visit to Tasca. Based on this experience I intend to have all my service done there with Charlene as my advisor.
